Tips 1. Use mild detergent and a damp cloth. It is best way that you can use a dam cloth to clean the stainless steel.
Tips 2. Wipe in the same direction of the finish. It may have a grain or brushed finish surface depend on the commercial induction cooker.
Tips 3. Spills should always be wiped up. Spilled acdic food can easily damage the Chromium layer, so the sooner you wipe it off, the better.
Tips 4. You can use a ceramic cooktop cleaner along with a paper-towel for thorough cleaning.
DO NOT use steel wool and abrasive sponges. They will cause the surface to rust.
